I'm an Educational Therapist Professional, Special Education Teacher, and Coach with more than 15 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning profiles.

After years working in special education, I began connecting with families through California's Self-Determination Program. I quickly noticed that many families were looking for support from professionals with deep special education expertise, but those services were often difficult to find outside traditional school settings.

I founded Foothills Learning because I believe special education expertise has tremendous value beyond the classroom.

Through individualized coaching, we help neurodiverse teens and adults build practical skills in areas such as money management, time management, reading, decision-making, and independent living. Our approach combines evidence-based instruction with real-world application, always tailored to each student's goals, strengths, and learning profile.

I hold a Master's degree in Special Education from Arizona State University and have extensive experience supporting students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and processing differences.

When I'm not working with students, you'll find me enjoying life in the Sierra Nevada foothills with my husband and two children.
